About me
My interest in photography began when I was in my late teens (which is not today or yesterday!!) and throughout my life I have always had a camera, and have loved taking photographs, so much so, my husband often questions which do I love more ‘my camera’ or ‘him’, I always answer ‘the kids’!!!!!!
A few years ago, (after 6 years in university, 15 years working in sales and 3 years raising my 3 children), I decided to finally follow my passion and I enrolled in a 3rd level course in photography in St. Kevins College (http://www.stkevinscollege.ie) and I have not looked back since. I have continued to educate myself with additional workshops including newborn workshops with https://newbornsbylidi.com. It has been the best move I could have made. While still studying I worked with Sinead Feeney Photography https://www.sineadfeeneyphotography.com/, which was a huge help and it was a great experience for me.
I love what I do. I am passionate about capturing life at home, those moments and expressions that you think you will never forget, but you do. It is a privilege for me to meet all these fantastic families and to capture this time in their lives, whatever stage they are at.
I grew up in a family that embraced photography and on the back of that we have lovely photographs, recording our childhood. I believe although photographs are for today, but they become even more valuable with the passing of time, and I feel lucky to be a part of that with every family I work with.
