Christmas season has kicked off or as I like to call it, ‘Gift Voucher’ season. Everyone wants to make sure they have everything for Christmas. There has also been a big push to buy Irish. As an Irish business it is great to see such support and it is something I am going to do with my own gifts. I think a gift voucher for a photography session is the ideal Christmas gift!!! Well I would, wouldn’t I!!
A Photography session is more than a just a print. It is capturing a memory, be it celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary (or any anniversary for that matter) with your grandkids, or expecting your first baby, or a Family session to record your family at this time. There are so many moments and memories to be captured during your life. It is a wonderful gift for someone, a record of these memories in the comfort of their own home. Easy, relaxed, loving, gorgeous images at home.
What about gift vouchers??
What do you need to know? Here are some of the frequently asked questions
1. What value do the gift vouchers come in?
Gift vouchers start at 20 Euro. They can be used against a session, or for prints. It all depends on what you or the recipient want. Most people go for the print package voucher (150 Euro, includes the session and 5 prints) and the recipient can upgrade to the digital package, if they want.
2. Who needs/wants a gift voucher?
Everyone, obviously! But joking aside, it is suitable for anyone. However, I find that they are mostly purchased for new parents, parents to be, and parents with an event that year (communion, confirmation, anniversary). They are also purchased by partners for each other, to get a family session. And the most frequently purchased one, is for Grandparents. All grandparents love a picture of their grandchildren.
3. How do you purchase a gift voucher?
Email or call using the contact page https://www.avrilokennedyphotography.ie/contact/
i. Detail how much you would like to spend on the gift voucher.
ii. You will then receive an online payment link to that value. It can be paid by credit card.
iii. Once paid the gift voucher will be sent to you. Vouchers can be sent by post or by email.
4. When does the voucher expire?
They expire within the year, however there is no problem extending it, once I am contacted before the expiry date.
